Wine List Design Service |

| We will assist and advise you to whatever extent you require in compiling a professionally designed wine list appropriate for your establishment and it's customers. A well-designed wine list should complement your food menu and cooking style, be easy to navigate, have a good balance between reds, whites, rose, and sparkling wines, and have wines at various price points. Wines by the glass may also be appropriate and we can advise on this. |

Staff Training |

| We can provide training sessions for your staff on your premises, to ensure they have sufficient knowledge to discuss selection of wines knowledgeably with your customers. | ||
Themed Wine Evenings |
||
| We can support you if you wish to run a themed wine evening in your establishment - we can design the wine selection or the event for you in conjunction with your culinary staff, and provide a speaker to present wine/food pairings on the day. Subject to speaker availability, and not available in all areas. | ||
