Fusion Wines - supplier of fine wines from Michel Sarrazin, Givry

Michel Sarrazin is a producer we have been visiting for several years as we have always been impressed with the extremely high quality of his wines. Every year he manages to strike the right balance between fruit extraction and finesse to give flavourful but nonetheless elegant wines. All wines see a little oak but this is not apparent in, so not detrimental to, the red wines; rather it adds to their structure with the superb “Champs Lalot” a Côte d’Or style wine at a Côte Chalonnaise price. There is a whiff of oak in the Givry Blanc which is a delicious Chardonnay and in contrast to its elegance is the more rapacious Aligoté, a superb match for seafood and salads.
